Roy Drever
As Managing Director, Roy is responsible to oversee the day-to-day operation of the company, as well as provide leadership and goal setting and oversee the strategic development of the company.
Before joining Saskarc in 2006, Roy worked for 6 years at Excel Welding & Manufacturing. Roy began his career as a fitter/welder and advanced through multiple roles that included procurement, project management, quality control, and business development before becoming the General Manager at the start of 2018.
Roy has obtained multiple certificates that help him be successful in his role. These include a Certificate in Leadership & Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Certificate in Advanced Business Administration and Management from Universal Business Team, a Lean Green Belt Certification from the Arizona State University and a Canadian Welding Supervisor certificate from the CWB Group.
